Buffalo Chicken Bites
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts cut into 2-inch cubes
- cuparrowroot powder
- 2tspsalt
- 1tspblack pepper

- Reduce the heat to low in the skillet. Add butter and spicy sauce to the pan. Whisk until completely smooth.
- Return the chicken to the pan. Toss in the sauce for 5 minutes, or until fully incorporated and the sauce has thickened.
